KCD2 Part 2: Istvan Toth, Closed Churches, and a Terrible Sign

This is my second post as I meander my increasingly bummed way through Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. ------------ Istvan Toth Istvan Toth is a recurring character central to Henry's development, featuring in both Kingdom Come: Deliverance and its sequel. In KCD2, the player learns that Toth has a deep bond with Erik, whom he raised from a young age. The narrative includes moments that suggest a potentially romantic dimension to their relationship, including a scene observed by Henry. • Platform: Xbox Series X • Display: 55" HDR TCL TV (6–8 ft viewing distance) • Audio: 5.1 Pioneer Surround Sound (Large Room) • Fronts: Vintage ~1968 KLH speakers • Rears & Subwoofer: Modern Yamaha Sometimes the old ways are best. STORY - 6 High highs, but the additional content slows the tight pacing of the original. While extra content is usually welcome in a remaster, it can derail the narrative when executed poorly. Placing new characters on the deck of the Jackdaw , particularly Lucy, is deeply distracting and smothers the original story. Ubisoft positioned her directly behind Edward Kenway and Adéwalé, where she frequently shouts orders to the crew right after Edward does.
